We study Professor Cheng Man-Ching’s Simplified Yang Form, one of the most popular forms in Western culture, and investigate the Taoist philosophy behind the movements. Working from the inside out, we develop a grace and elegance to our everyday movements, feeling calm and comfortable in our bodies. Try a class and you’ll see for yourself how the slow and flowing movements brings Joy to Your Journey.
